Return and Exchange Policy

You can choose to cancel your order through our return policies:

Step 1: Fill out and submit cancellation documents

Please contact our customer service team at info@retal-jo.com to notify them of the cancellation. Please include phrases like "order cancellation" in the email subject so we can reach out to you promptly.

Please obtain proof of receipt and parcel information and keep them.

Step 2: Refund and replacement process

If you choose to refund the cancelled order, we will process the refund within 5 working days from the date of receiving your request, and you will receive an email notification once we complete the refund process.

If you request a replacement or compensation for damaged goods or incorrect delivery, we will process this within 7 working days and deliver it to your original delivery location.

Return Policy and Procedures:

We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you are not and wish to cancel the order, you can do so to get a refund before we ship your order.

Please note that refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If the items you received are damaged in any way or incorrect for your order, we would be happy to replace the items or offer you a refund. In such cases, please inform us immediately by sending an email to our customer service team at info@retal-jo.com.

Please make sure to provide us with your order number and keep the packaging and damaged goods for inspection and verification. This applies only to online orders and will not be accepted for return or exchange at our retail stores.

By law, this policy does not affect your consumer rights.

Customs clearance regulations:

Retal will provide all necessary documents for cosmetics that you may need for customs clearance. However, we are not responsible for any additional tax fees or regulations required by your customs clearance, and we will not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns based on these reasons.
